    • Kitchen shall be provided with following items:
      a) 2 Nos. large body C.P. tabs.
      b) 1 No. Steel sink (or) Granite Sink..
      c) 1 No. Waste pipe.
      d) 1 loft Tank Kitchen / Wash area - Provision.
  • 3-Phase individual meter will be provided.
  • Concealed PVC pipes shall be provided.

  • 1 No 4-way distribution box with necessary circuit breakers shall be provided (Standard Make).
  • Following electrical points shall be provided in the flat:
