  • Counter for wash basin in hall.
  • Each toilet shall be given following fitting:
    a) One Indian or Western color W.C. matching with tile colors (Hindustan/Raasi), cascade for master bedroom.
    b) 1 no. flush tank.
    c) 1 no. wall mixer.
    d) 1 no. short body.
    e) 1 Washbasin with bottle tab matching with tile color.
  • Kitchen shell be provided with following items:
    2 Nos. large body C.P. tabs.
    1 No. steel sink / granite sink.
    1 No. waste pipe, loft tank in kitchen/wash areas provision.
  • Concealed PVC. pipes shall be provided.
  • Modular switches.
  • 1 No. 4-way distribution box with necessary circuit breakers shall be provided.
  • Following electrical points shall be provided in the flat:
    Hall: 1 No. 5 amps socket, 2 nos. Fan points, 2 Light points, 1 no. 15 amps socket, 1 no. TV socket, 1 no. telephone point.
    Other Bedrooms: 1 No. fan point, 2 Nos. light points, 1 No. 5 amps socket.
    Kitchen: 1 No. 15 amps socket, 12 Nos. light points, 1 No. point for exhaust fan.
    Bath: 1 No. 15 amps socket, 1 No. light point, 1 No. point for exhaust fan with regulators in all rooms.
  • Generator back-up for Lift, 4 points inside the flats and common areas.
  • Intercom facility for every flat.
Note: Anything other than the above specifications will be charged extra and also be informed prior at the site. Otherwise construction of the flats will proceed according to above specifications and Architect’s plan.
